L Scobie Joiners & Contractors Ltd has been established since 2014. We are a Perthshire based company with over 36 years of experience between Lee and brother, Ian. This includes all aspects of joinery and the building trade.
We combine friendly and approachable management with quality, experienced tradespeople helping us to deliver projects with high standards of workmanship. Our trade experience and knowledge of construction ensures that we provide a high quality job, keeping our client’s best interests in mind while staying within budget.
Our services include new builds, extensions, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, refurbishments and everything in between. We have worked closely with several architects and designers and with their help, we can take care of your project from planning to completion.

I was really impressed by Lee’s project management of his team and all the supporting trades, who worked seamlessly to deliver quality workmanship. He was completely flexible when the kitchen delivery was delayed by 4 weeks. He minimised the impact of living in a “building site” by sensitively coordinating the ability to live with a limited kitchen and the team always left the site tidy every day.
I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the fitting and following completion.
All visitors to my home remark on the high standard of the work and I am confident in recommending Lee and his team, they were a pleasure to work with.

Lee was so positive about finding solutions to issues and this made us feel confident that he and his team were the best choice for us.
Throughout the build Lee communicated daily , his team were tidy and a pleasure to have in our home. In fact our neighbours also commented on there high professional standards and conduct.
